TEDDY BEARS’ PICNIC

On Thursday, 24th July we shall be having a whole school Teddy Bears’ picnic organised by the School Council.  There will be no hot dinners on this day.  Children should come to school with a packed lunch (no bottles, yoghurts, sweets or chocolate  please).  Children who have free school meals will be provided with a packed lunch from the school kitchen if required.  Please let the office know if this is the case.

All children should bring a teddy bear or favourite cuddly toy with them (of sensible size please) and a small waterproof rug to sit on.

LOST PROPERTY

Lost property will be laid out on a table in the playground at the end of the school day next week.  Anything not collected by Friday will be taken for recycling.

ATTENDANCE

We are delighted that eighteen of our children have had 100% attendance this year which is a real achievement.  We do hope that we will have more children with 100% attendance next year.

DOGS

A reminder to everyone that dogs are not allowed on the school premises, whether carried or walking.

BOOKS / HOMEWORK PACKS

By now all books and homework packs should have been returned to school.  Letters will be issued next week requesting payment for books and packs that have not been returned:

Reading books @ £3.00 each

Library books @cost of replacement

Y1 and Y2 homework packs @£3.00 per pack or per term

If you have not returned your child’s books/homework pack, please have a good look over the weekend to avoid having to reimburse the school.  Thank you.
